Our story

Transotel was born from a simple frustration. After more than two decades working in the tourism industry in the Canary Islands, our founders kept seeing the same problem: guests spending their precious holiday time dragging heavy luggage from hotel to hotel.

With deep knowledge of the hospitality sector, local logistics and customer expectations, we built a solution that benefits everyone: guests travel light, hotels offer a premium service and earn a commission, and we handle everything in between.

Transotel operates under Teneryfa Apart S.L. (NIF B75643361), a company headquartered in Adeje, Tenerife. Although our roots are in the Canary Islands, our service now covers all of Spain: the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands and the Iberian Peninsula.

And we keep growing: beyond hotel-to-hotel transfers, we now deliver luggage directly to your home and ship to more than 20 countries across Europe — always with the same care and tracking.
