We are Transotel, a team of tourism veterans with over 25 years of experience. Born in the Canary Islands, today we move luggage across mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and between Spain and 24 European countries, so you can travel from hotel to hotel without carrying bags.

Our story

Transotel was born from a simple frustration. After more than two decades working in the tourism industry in the Canary Islands, our founders kept seeing the same problem: guests spending their precious holiday time dragging heavy luggage from hotel to hotel.

With deep knowledge of the hospitality sector, local logistics and customer expectations, we built a solution that benefits everyone: guests travel light, hotels offer a premium service and earn a commission, and we handle everything in between.

Transotel operates under Teneryfa Apart S.L. (NIF B75643361), based in Adeje (Tenerife). Our roots are in the Canary Islands; today the service covers mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and 24 European countries, and within the Canary Islands we arrange transfers on request by email.

And we keep growing: beyond hotel-to-hotel transfers, we deliver luggage straight to your home and work with 24 European countries in both directions, always with the same care and tracking.
