We collect your suitcases, boxes, roll-ups and samples at your hotel, home or office and deliver them to the trade show. We operate in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and between Spain and 24 European countries, with a fixed price before you book.

What we can carry
Suitcases, boxes, roll-up displays, samples and stand material, as long as each item fits one of these four sizes. If you have many items or something is oversized, ask us for a quote.

What we cannot carry
Cash, jewellery, works of art, antiques, weapons, animals, plants, perishable food, flammable liquids and any dangerous goods. Shipments outside the European Union also involve customs formalities: check with us before booking.

A hotel by the venue, your accommodation or the organiser's office. When the show ends we take everything back with a new booking.
When to ship your material
These are the usual delivery times. Count working days only and always leave a margin: during show week, addresses near the venue get saturated.
- Within mainland Spain: 24 to 48 hours.
- Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, both ways: 48 hours.
- Within the Canary Islands: on request, by email to reservas@transotel.com.
- Rest of Europe: 2 to 6 working days depending on the country.
Times start counting from collection, not from booking. If you need a specific delivery date, tell us before booking.

Frequently asked questions
Can you deliver straight to my stand?
We do not deliver inside the venue. Every exhibition centre has its own access rules and official carrier, and the organiser decides who may enter. We deliver to a hotel by the venue, to your accommodation or to any office you tell us, and you take the material to the stand from there.
How much does it cost to send material to a trade fair?
From €29.17 per item, taxes included. The price depends on the size of the item, the route and the service you choose. This page shows two examples calculated with the same engine the booking uses, and the booking form gives you the total for all your items before you confirm anything.
How far in advance should I ship the material?
Within mainland Spain, 24 to 48 hours; between the mainland and the Balearic Islands, 48 hours; between Spain and the rest of Europe, 2 to 6 working days depending on the country. Within the Canary Islands, on request by email. Count working days only and leave a margin: during show week, addresses near the venue get saturated.
Do you only carry luggage, or stand material too?
Boxes, roll-up displays, samples and stand material too. The only condition is that each item fits one of the four sizes: the largest takes up to 100 × 70 × 45 cm and 40 kg. Anything beyond that goes through a quote.
What about the return, once the fair ends?
The return is booked just like the outbound leg, as a separate booking. You can set it up from the start by choosing a collection day after the fair closes, so you have nothing to arrange while dismantling.
Can I ship the material from another country?
Online booking covers shipments within Spain and between Spain and 24 European countries, in both directions. If your material ships from another country, write to us before booking and we will confirm whether we can do it and how long it would take.
Can I get an invoice in my company name?
Yes. During booking you can enter your company tax details and the invoice is issued in its name, with whichever tax applies depending on where the shipment starts.
What if an item is over 40 kg or larger than size XL?
That item cannot go through online booking. Ask us for a quote with its dimensions and weight and we will price it by hand, including the oversize or overweight surcharge the carrier applies.
Is the shipment insured?
Every shipment includes the legal transport cover, with a limit per kilo explained in our Terms and Conditions. We do not offer additional insurance: if your material is worth more than that limit, insure it yourself before sending it.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Every item carries its own label and tracking number, and you can check it any time on the tracking page using that number.
