What we ship to MWC
Three ways to send it, depending on what you are taking. Each one matches a real size from our price list, and all of them include transport cover.
The demo equipment
The hard case with the prototype, the small screen or whatever you demo on the stand. It travels with the legal transport cover included, which has a limit per kilo; if it is worth more, insure it yourself.
Size XL: up to 100 × 70 × 45 cm and 40 kg
The technical material box
Cables, adapters, mounts, power strips and everything that is always missing on day one. It is the box that saves you the Monday morning dash to the electronics shop.
Size L: up to 80 × 55 × 35 cm and 25 kg
Your suitcase, while you work
Four days of meetings leave little room for hand luggage. Send the suitcase to the hotel and arrive at the venue with your laptop bag and nothing else.
Size M: up to 70 × 45 × 30 cm and 15 kg
If an item is bigger than the largest size, it cannot go through online booking: ask us for a quote with its dimensions and weight.
When to send each thing
MWC opens on 1 March 2027 and closes on 4 March 2027. These are the dates we recommend, counting working days only.

The equipment and technical material
Send it by 18 February 2027 at the latest. During MWC week the whole of Barcelona is receiving deliveries at once and addresses around Gran Via get saturated: the earlier it lands, the better.

Your suitcase
Two days before you travel, to the hotel where you are staying. If you have not booked it yet, wait: delivery goes to a specific address, not to a city.

The return
Book the collection for 5 March 2027, the first working day after the fair closes. The equipment goes back from the hotel without you carrying it to the airport.

You sleep wherever you can. Your things arrive anyway.
During MWC week hotels in central Barcelona sell out months ahead and at prices from another planet. Plenty of people end up sleeping in Sitges, in Badalona or in another city altogether. And the Gran Via venue is not even in Barcelona: it is in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.
- We deliver to the exact address where you are sleeping, not to the city you would have liked.
- If you change hotel at the last minute, tell us before collection and we will change the destination.
- And equipment travels with the legal transport cover included; if it is very valuable, it is worth insuring it yourself, because that cover has a limit per kilo.

Can you carry expensive technical equipment? Is it insured?
Yes, as long as the item fits within the size and weight limits and is well packed. Every shipment includes the legal transport cover, with a limit per kilo explained in our Terms and Conditions. We do not offer additional insurance: if your equipment is worth more than that limit, insure it yourself before sending it.
My hotel is outside Barcelona. Do you still deliver?
Yes. We deliver to any address in mainland Spain, so it makes no difference whether you sleep in Sitges, Badalona, Girona or Tarragona. What we need is the exact address and a contact phone number, not the city.
How much does it cost to send a hard case to MWC?
From €29.17 per item, taxes included. It depends on the size, where it ships from and the service you choose. This page shows two examples calculated with the same engine the booking uses, and the booking form gives you the total for all your items before you confirm anything.
When do I have to ship so it arrives in time?
Send it by 18 February 2027 at the latest. Within mainland Spain we take 24 to 48 hours, but during MWC week the whole area is receiving deliveries at once, so leave a margin. The three dates are in the calendar on this page.
Can I ship it from another European country?
Online booking covers shipments within Spain and between Spain and 24 European countries, in both directions. If your equipment ships from another country, write to us before booking and we will confirm whether we can do it and how long it would take.
