How it works
-
Send your application
Fill in the form on this page with your company details and where you will recommend Transotel.
-
We review your application
If it fits the program, you receive an email with a link to create your password and open your panel.
-
Create your code and add the banners
In your panel you create your discount codes, choose how much discount to give and copy the banners and links for your website, newsletter or social media.
-
Earn your commissions
Every booking paid with your code adds to your commission. At the end of the month, your commissions go into a self-billed invoice that you review and accept in your panel.
How much you earn
Each company in the program gets a percentage of the transfer price of the bookings made with its codes, usually 20%. You split it as you like in each code: one part is your customer’s discount and the rest is your commission.
| Discount for your customer | Your commission |
|---|---|
| 5% | 15% |
| 10% | 10% |
| 15% | 5% |
The discount must always be greater than zero. You can have several codes with different splits, for example one for each campaign.

Frequently asked questions
Who can join the affiliate program?
Any company or professional who can recommend Transotel: travel agencies, travel blogs, passenger transport companies, event organisers or schools, among others. Transotel reviews every application before approving it.
How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. Joining the program and using the panel, the banners and the discount codes is free.
How much can I earn?
Up to 20% of the transfer price of every booking paid with your codes. In each code you decide which part is a discount for your customer and which part is your commission.
How do I know a booking is mine?
A booking is yours when it is paid with one of your codes. If the customer reaches transotel.com through your banners or links, your code is filled in automatically in the booking: for 30 days if they accept advertising cookies, or during that visit if they do not.
When do I get paid?
Once the luggage has been delivered, the commission is ready to be invoiced. At the end of each month a self-billed invoice is prepared with your pending commissions; you review and accept it in your panel, and the payment arrives by bank transfer.
Do the codes work for every transfer?
They work for one-way bookings made on transotel.com. Return bookings do not accept discount codes.
Do I need a website to join?
No. You can share your code with your customers by email, on social media or in person. If you have a website, the banners and links make it easier.
Program terms
These are the terms you accept when you send your application. If it is approved, you will also find them in your panel.

Transotel affiliate program terms
Version 2026-1
These terms govern your participation in the affiliate program of Transotel, the brand under which Teneryfa Apart S.L. (tax ID B75643361, registered office at Calle Herrero 3/14, Tijoco Bajo, 38678 Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain) provides its luggage transfer service. They have three parts: the program terms, the self-billing agreement and the data protection information. Once you accept them in your panel, they are the contract between you and Transotel.
1. Program terms
1.1. What the program is
Through the affiliate program, companies and professionals like you recommend the Transotel luggage transfer service on their websites and channels with the banners and links in their panel, and offer their customers their own discount code. For every booking paid with one of your codes, you earn a commission.
You take part as an independent company or professional. The program does not create any employment, agency, franchise or partnership relationship between you and Transotel, and you may not enter into any contract or commitment on behalf of Transotel.
1.2. Joining and access to the panel
You can apply on the program page, or Transotel can add you directly. Transotel reviews each application and decides freely whether to accept it.
Once you are approved, you receive an email to create your password and access your panel. Before using it, you must accept these terms and the self-billing agreement. Your access is personal: do not share your password, and let us know at info@transotel.com if you think someone else knows it.
The details in your profile must be true and up to date, especially your tax details and IBAN, because they are used for your self-billed invoices and payments.
1.3. Your percentage and your codes
Transotel assigns you a percentage, which you can see in your panel. In each discount code you create, you split it as you wish between your customer’s discount and your commission: the discount must be greater than zero, and together they cannot exceed your percentage.
- Each code is unique, is written in capital letters and is only valid for bookings made on transotel.com.
- Only one code can be used per booking, and the discount is calculated on the price of the transfer.
- Return bookings do not accept codes. If one of them comes through you, Transotel may assign you the commission manually.
- You can switch off or delete your codes whenever you want. Sales already made with them still count.
Transotel may change your percentage after notifying you. The change does not affect commissions already generated.
1.4. When a sale is yours
A booking is yours when it is paid with one of your codes. What counts is the code on the booking, not the click.
If the customer arrives at transotel.com through one of your links or banners, your code is filled in automatically on the booking form: for 30 days if they accept cookies, or only during that visit if they do not. The customer can delete or change it; if they pay with another code or with no code, the booking is not yours.
1.5. How your commission is calculated
Your commission is calculated by applying the code’s commission percentage to the amount on which the discount is calculated, before the discount is deducted. It goes through these stages, which you can see in your panel:
- Expected: the booking has been paid, but the luggage has not been delivered yet.
- To be invoiced: the luggage has been delivered and the commission goes into your next self-billed invoice.
- Invoiced: it is already included in a self-billed invoice.
If the booking is cancelled, refunded or voided before it is invoiced, the commission is cancelled. If it had already been invoiced, it is deducted in your next self-billed invoice.
Sales made while your account is not active (for example, while it is suspended) are reviewed by Transotel before being invoiced, and may not be paid.
1.6. Self-billed invoices and payments
At the end of each month, Transotel issues a self-billed invoice in your name for your pending commissions, under the self-billing agreement in the second part. You will see each self-billed invoice in your panel so that you can accept it or, if you disagree, dispute it and explain why.
A month is not invoiced, and its commissions wait until the next one, if you have not accepted the self-billing agreement, if your tax ID or tax address is missing, if the total is zero or negative, or if it does not reach the program’s minimum amount (€0.00 at present).
Transotel pays the self-billed invoices you have accepted by bank transfer to the IBAN in your profile, within 30 days of your acceptance at the latest (if your profile has no IBAN at that time, within 30 days of adding it).
1.7. Banners, links and use of the brand
You may use the banners and links in your panel as provided, without changing the Transotel logo or brand. Banners you make yourself, or create in your panel with your own images, may not be used until Transotel approves them, and Transotel may withdraw its approval at any time.
Links and banners must lead to transotel.com through the address in your panel and keep the rel="sponsored" attribute they already have. You may use the Transotel brand only to promote the service within the program and while you take part in it.
1.8. What is not allowed
- Pretending to be Transotel or implying that you are Transotel or its transport company.
- Promising prices, delivery times, discounts or conditions other than those published on transotel.com.
- Sending unsolicited advertising (spam) or promoting Transotel on websites or channels with illegal, misleading or offensive content.
- Bidding on the “Transotel” brand, or similar variations, in search engine ads, or using it in domain names or profile names.
- Making or ordering fake bookings, or any other trick to obtain commissions or clicks.
If you breach these terms, Transotel may cancel the commissions concerned and suspend or close your account.
1.9. Suspension and termination
Transotel may suspend your account if you breach these terms or while it reviews unusual activity. While it is suspended, your codes do not give a discount and you cannot create or change codes or banners, but you can sign in to your panel and see your details.
You can leave the program at any time by writing to info@transotel.com. Transotel may also end the program or close your account with 15 days’ notice, or immediately in the event of fraud or a serious breach. In any case, you will be paid the commissions on valid sales made up to that point, in a final self-billed invoice even if it does not reach the minimum amount.
1.10. Liability
You are responsible for your website, your channels and what you publish on them, and for complying with the rules that apply to you, including those on advertising, e-commerce, cookies and the data protection of your visitors.
Transotel aims to keep the panel, links and banners working at all times, but does not guarantee that there will be no interruptions. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, Transotel’s liability to you in connection with the program is limited to the commissions it owes you.
1.11. Changes to these terms
Transotel may change these terms. Each version has its own number, which you will see in your panel. When there is a new one, you will need to accept it to keep using your panel; if you do not agree, you can leave the program. Changes do not affect commissions already generated.
1.12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Spain), unless the law provides otherwise.
2. Self-billing agreement
2.1. Purpose of the agreement
Under this agreement, you authorise Teneryfa Apart S.L. (Transotel) to issue, in your name and on your behalf, the invoices for the commissions you earn in the program (“self-billed invoices”), as permitted by Article 5 of the Spanish Invoicing Regulation (Royal Decree 1619/2012 of 30 November).
Self-billed invoices are your invoices: Transotel prepares them, but you are the one invoicing.
2.2. What each self-billed invoice contains
One self-billed invoice is issued per month for pending commissions, numbered consecutively in a series of its own for the program. It contains your tax details as they appear in your profile when it is issued, the details of each commission (booking number and date, code used, route, calculation base, percentage and amount) and, if any, the deductions for cancelled bookings that had already been invoiced.
2.3. How to accept or dispute it
Each self-billed invoice appears in your panel. If you agree with it, you accept it; if not, you dispute it and give the reason. Transotel answers disputes and, if you are right, voids the self-billed invoice and its commissions become pending again for the next one.
Only accepted self-billed invoices are paid. An accepted self-billed invoice can no longer be disputed.
2.4. Taxes
Each self-billed invoice applies the taxes that correspond to your tax situation under the applicable rules (VAT or IGIC, reverse charge or withholdings, as the case may be). Transotel sets them up using the details you provide: let Transotel know of any change, for example to your tax address or tax regime.
You are responsible for declaring and paying the taxes that apply to you for your self-billed invoices.
2.5. Your obligations
- Keep your tax details and IBAN up to date in your panel.
- Review each self-billed invoice and accept or dispute it.
- Not issue another invoice yourself for the same commissions.
- Keep your self-billed invoices, which are also available in your panel.
2.6. Duration
The agreement lasts as long as you take part in the program. You can revoke it at any time by writing to info@transotel.com; since the program works with self-billed invoices, revoking it means leaving the program. The revocation takes effect once Transotel issues the final self-billed invoice for your pending commissions, even if it does not reach the minimum amount.
3. Data protection
3.1. Data controller
The controller of your data is Teneryfa Apart S.L. (Transotel), tax ID B75643361, with registered office at Calle Herrero 3/14, Tijoco Bajo, 38678 Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. You can write to us at info@transotel.com.
3.2. What data we process
The details in your profile (trade name, contact person, email, phone, website and channels), your tax details and IBAN, your codes, banners, sales and commissions, the details of your acceptances (date, version, language, IP address and browser) and the website’s technical security logs.
3.3. What we use them for
- Managing your participation in the program, your commissions, self-billed invoices and payments (performance of the contract).
- Complying with tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
- Preventing fraud and keeping the panel secure (legitimate interest).
- Sending you notices about the program, such as changes to the terms or the status of your banners (performance of the contract).
3.4. How long we keep them
While you take part in the program. Afterwards, we keep them blocked, available only to courts and public authorities, for the periods required by law (generally four years for tax obligations and six for commercial obligations), and then we delete or anonymise them.
3.5. Who we share them with
To the tax authorities and other authorities when required by law, and to the bank in order to pay you. They are also processed on Transotel’s behalf by the web hosting, email and IT service providers it needs in order to operate, under the contracts required by law. We do not sell them or share them for advertising purposes.
3.6. Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing or data portability, or object to processing, by writing to info@transotel.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
You can find more information in our privacy policy.
3.7. Clicks on your links
When someone reaches transotel.com through one of your links or banners, Transotel records the click (date, IP address, browser, referring page and banner) to count your clicks and prevent fraud. In your panel you only see totals, never data about individuals. The code stored in the visitor’s browser is governed by our cookie policy.
If you use your own cookies or tools on your website to measure clicks, it is up to you to inform your visitors and ask for their consent where required.
