Choose how you prefer to book

Book via hotel reception or directly online — both ways are simple.

Via Hotel Reception

Ideal for guests who prefer assistance.

Ask the front desk to book the transfer on your behalf. They enter your details into our system — you don't need to do anything online.

  • Ask at reception

    Tell the front desk you want to transfer your luggage and give them the name of the destination hotel.

  • Reception creates the booking

    The hotel team registers the transfer in Transotel's system on your behalf.

  • You pay by email

    You receive a secure payment link by email. Click, pay and you're done. Payment goes directly to Transotel.

  • Confirmation + tracking link

    Once paid, you receive your invoice and a real-time tracking link by email.

The hotel manages the booking but you are always responsible for the payment.

The full process, step by step

From booking to delivery — everything in your hands.

  1. 1. Choose your plan

    Select the Hotel to Hotel transfer. The service is designed to adapt to your travel needs.

  2. 2. Find your destination hotel

    Start typing the hotel name and our AJAX search will suggest matching hotels from our network. Select yours and the correct ID is saved automatically — no errors possible.

  3. 3. Select pickup date and time

    Each partner hotel has agreed pickup windows with Transotel. You will see the available slots for your date. Choose the one that best fits your checkout.

  4. 4. Add your bags

    Select the number of pieces and the size category for each one. The price is calculated in real time. See the size limits section if you are unsure.

  5. 5. Pay securely

    Payment is processed by Redsys, Spain's leading gateway, with 3D Secure protection. Your card data is never stored by Transotel.

  6. 6. Receive your confirmation

    Immediately after payment you receive a confirmation email with your invoice and a unique real-time tracking link.

  7. 7. We collect and deliver

    Our team collects your bags at the agreed time. You travel freely. Your luggage is delivered to the destination hotel reception before your check-in time.

How to measure your luggage

A = Alto, B = Ancho, C = Fondo (profundidad)

How to measure

A = Height
— From the ground to the top handle with the wheels facing down.
B = Width
— The widest horizontal measurement.
C = Depth
— From front to back.
If in doubt, always choose the larger size.
