Send your luggage home from Spain
Your suitcase can go home without you. It is collected from your hotel or a home in Spain and delivered to your home in any of the 24 European countries we reach, in an estimated 2 to 10 working days depending on the country. It also works the other way: from your home in Europe to your hotel or accommodation in mainland Spain. You book online, you can send several suitcases in the same booking, and you see the fixed price and the estimated delivery date before you pay.
How it works, step by step

Book online
Tell us where the suitcase is leaving from, where it’s going, the collection day and the size of each suitcase. Before you pay, you see the fixed price, taxes included, and the estimated delivery date.

Pack your suitcase
It just needs to be properly closed; no box needed. After paying, you download one label per suitcase and stick it on the outside. The booking voucher is not the label.

Collection
If it’s leaving from a hotel, leave it labelled at reception the night before and tell them an external company will collect it; you don’t need to be there. If it’s leaving from a home, someone has to hand it over on collection day.

Delivery to your home
It arrives at the destination address on the estimated date you saw when booking. This is an estimate, and the standard service has no fixed delivery time.
Shipping luggage to Europe: time and price by country
The price depends on the country, the direction of the shipment, the size and the weight. The table shows the estimated delivery time and the ‘from’ price for each country, for a size S suitcase (up to 10 kg), taxes included. You’ll see the fixed price for your shipment when you book, before you pay.
Several suitcases in one booking
You can add several suitcases to the same booking and pay for them in one go. Outside Spain and Portugal, each suitcase travels as a separate shipment, with its own label, and can weigh up to 31.5 kg.
Sizes for sending to another European country:
- S: up to 55 × 35 × 25 cm and 10 kg
- M: up to 70 × 45 × 30 cm and 15 kg
- L: up to 80 × 55 × 35 cm and 25 kg
- XL Europa: up to 90 × 60 × 40 cm and 31.5 kg
For Portugal, size XL is also available: up to 100 × 70 × 45 cm and 40 kg.
The price is based on dimensions and weight; if you’re unsure between two sizes, choose the larger one.
The other way: from your home to your hotel in Spain
From 23 of those countries you can send your suitcase from your home to your hotel, apartment or house in mainland Spain, so you can travel with hand luggage only. You book the same way, on the website: it is collected from your home on the day you choose and delivered to your accommodation on the estimated date.
For now, you can’t book from Portugal, or to the Balearic or Canary Islands.
Islands and destinations you can’t book yet
- Islands and remote areas (for example Sicily, Sardinia, Corsica or the North Sea islands): there may be a surcharge and delivery may take longer. Write to us before booking.
- Portugal: the price and delivery time are for mainland Portugal. For the Azores and Madeira, write to us.
- The United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway: can’t be booked yet.
- Independent states, such as Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City or Liechtenstein, and areas with their own customs rules, such as Livigno, Heligoland, Ceuta or Melilla: can’t be booked yet.
- Canary Islands: shipments between the Canary Islands and other European countries don’t go direct and can’t be booked on the website. Write to us and we’ll explain how to do it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I send my suitcase home from my hotel in Spain?
Yes. Leave it labelled at reception the night before, tell them an external company will collect it, and it reaches your home within the estimated time you see when booking. You don’t need to be there.
How long does it take?
Between 2 and 10 working days from collection, depending on the country: 2 to 3 days to France, 3 to 4 to Germany or Italy. You’ll see the estimated time for your shipment when you book. This is an estimate, and the standard service has no fixed delivery time.
Can I send several suitcases?
Yes, all in the same booking. Outside Spain and Portugal, each suitcase travels as a separate shipment, with its own label.
How heavy can each suitcase be?
Outside Spain and Portugal, up to 31.5 kg: the largest size is XL Europa. To Portugal, up to 40 kg in size XL.
Can I send my suitcase to the UK or Switzerland?
Not yet. For now we deliver to 24 European Union countries; the UK, Switzerland and Norway, which involve customs, can’t be booked yet.
Do I need to be at the hotel when it is collected?
No. Leave it labelled at reception the night before and tell them an external company will collect it.
Is it worth sending my suitcase instead of checking it in on the flight?
It depends on your flight: compare the price for your country with what your airline charges for checked baggage. Plus, you travel with hand luggage only and don’t have to drag your suitcase around the airport.
What if something is lost or arrives damaged?
Write to us: we receive your claim and handle it with the transport company. The shipment has the legal cover that applies to transport, which is calculated per kilo.
Can it work the other way, from my home to a hotel in Spain?
Yes, from 23 of the 24 countries: it is collected from your home and delivered to your hotel or accommodation in mainland Spain. You book the same way, on the website. For now it isn’t possible from Portugal, or to the Balearic or Canary Islands.
