How it works
You book online, leave your suitcase labelled at hotel reception the night before (or hand it over at home on collection day) and receive it in Portugal. If it’s collected from a hotel, tell reception that an external company will collect it. Step by step: ‘How it works’ on the Send your luggage home from Spain page.
Where from and where to
The most common shipments leave from Barcelona and Madrid and go to Lisbon and Porto. We also ship to Faro and the Algarve, Coimbra, Braga or anywhere else in mainland Portugal, from anywhere in mainland Spain.
Large and multiple suitcases
To Portugal you can send up to size XL: 100 × 70 × 45 cm and 40 kg, more than to the rest of Europe (31.5 kg). And you can send several suitcases in the same booking.
