What we ship to FITUR
Three ways to send it, depending on what you are taking. Each one matches a real size from our price list: what you see here is exactly what you can book.
The leaflet box and the roll-up
The roll-up display case and the box of catalogues, posters and giveaways. It is the heavy one, the one that does not fit in the boot and the one nobody wants to check in at the airport.
Size XL: up to 100 × 70 × 45 cm and 40 kg
The stand material
Samples, tablecloths, stationery and everything you set up on day one. A good-sized box fits, and you can book as many as you have.
Size L: up to 80 × 55 × 35 cm and 25 kg
Your suitcase, while you work
Arrive in Madrid with your hands free and pick your suitcase up at the hotel. Or send it back on the last day and head straight from the venue to the train.
Size M: up to 70 × 45 × 30 cm and 15 kg
If an item is bigger than the largest size, it cannot go through online booking: ask us for a quote with its dimensions and weight.
When to send each thing
FITUR opens on 20 January 2027 and closes on 24 January 2027. These are the dates we recommend, counting working days only.

The stand material
Send it by 11 January 2027 at the latest. That way it is in Madrid before build-up and you are not relying on the delivery arriving that very morning.

Your suitcase
Send it two days before you travel and collect it at reception when you arrive. In January luggage is twice the size and trains and planes are full.

The return
Book the collection for 25 January 2027, the first working day after the fair closes. Leave the items at the hotel and go.
The dates above are calculated from the fair dates and count working days only. If you need a specific delivery date, tell us before booking.
What is left over comes back too
This is the part of FITUR nobody talks about: you arrive with six boxes of leaflets and by Sunday you have three and a half left. Dragging them home is the worst moment of the fair, and throwing them away is throwing away money you already spent.
- Book the return at the same time as the outbound leg and forget about it: on the last day you just leave the items at reception.
- The return can go to a different address: the office, the warehouse or the home of whoever stores it until next year.
- And if less comes back than you took, you only book the items that remain: the return is booked separately.

Your hotel, your accommodation or any office you tell us. We do not deliver inside the venue: every venue has its own official carrier and the organiser decides who may enter.

No. IFEMA has its own official carrier and the organiser decides who may enter the venue. We deliver to your hotel, your accommodation or any office you tell us, and you take the material to the stand on build-up day.
When do I have to ship so the material arrives for build-up?
Send it by 11 January 2027 at the latest. From mainland Spain we take 24 to 48 hours, but during show week the addresses near the venue get saturated, so leave a margin. The three dates are in the calendar on this page.
What if I have leaflets and material left over at the end?
You book the return, and it can go to a different address from where it started. You book only the items that actually come back, leave the boxes at reception on the last day and we collect them. It is a separate booking from the outbound leg.
How much does it cost to send a box of leaflets to FITUR?
From €29.17 per item, taxes included. It depends on the size, where it ships from and the service you choose. This page shows two examples calculated with the same engine the booking uses, and the booking form gives you the total for all your items before you confirm anything.
Can I send just my suitcase and collect it at the hotel?
Yes, and it is in fact the most requested option in January. Book the suitcase to the hotel with your name and check-in date and it will be at reception when you arrive. Let the hotel know it is coming: almost all of them will hold it.
Can you collect from my office, outside Madrid?
Yes. We collect from any address in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and also in 24 European countries for delivery in Spain. Collection is at your door: you do not have to take anything to a depot.
